The Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich is looking forward to this first joint concert. Paavo Järvi also likes the fact that he will increasingly meet his longtime friend in Zurich in the future: «He is a passionate musician and a great person.»

Asked about their future closeness, Noseda is equally pleased to quote the Neue Zürcher Zeitung: «Paavo and I have been friends for twenty years, and we have regularly invited each other. I really appreciate him and his work, so I do not see him as a competitor. But what I strive for is a friendly competition for the best quality.» Exciting times!
